Woman Wireless On The Go ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our repair service, why, and your choices. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Repair requests — when you request a repair: your name, phone number, optional email, city, device, a description of the problem, where you'd like us to meet you, your preferred date and time window, and an optional photo of the damage.
- Messages — if you call or WhatsApp us, the details you choose to share.
- Analytics data (only with your consent) — if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and device type.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, give you a quote, and schedule and carry out your repair.
- To contact you about your repair by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To add confirmed appointments to our private booking calendar.
- To improve our website (analytics, only if you consent).
We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run this website and our bookings: Cloudflare (hosting, form processing and spam protection with Turnstile), an email delivery service that sends your request to us, Google (our private booking calendar and, with consent, Analytics) and WhatsApp (Meta) if you message us there. These providers may store data outside Canada and only process it to provide their service to us.
Your device and data
During a repair we only access your device as far as needed to test that the repair works, ideally with you present. We don't copy, keep or view your personal content.

This site uses only what it needs to work, plus optional analytics cookies that load only after you click "Accept". Change your choice any time with Cookie settings.
How long we keep it
We keep request and booking details only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by calling or WhatsApping (365) 351-4247. If you have a concern we can't resolve, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
